(“AgraFlora” or the “Company”) (CSE: AGRA) (Frankfurt: PU31) (OTCPK: AGFAF) is pleased to announce that the Management Cease Trade order granted by the British Columbia Securities Commission on May 3, 2021, was lifted effective immediately following the filing on SEDAR of the Company’s financial statements and accompanying management’s discussion and analysis for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020 on May 3, 2021.
