(“Digicann” or the “Company”) (CSE: DCNN) (OTCPK: AGFAF), a company focused on opportunities within and outside of the cannabis industry, announces that, further to its news release dated September 28, 2024, that the notice of Special Meeting of shareholders of Digicann to approve the business combination with 3Win Corp. was filed on SEDAR+ (www.sedarplus.ca) today (the “Notice”). The Notice revises the previously announced meeting date from November 7, 2024 to November 14, 2024. The record date will remain as October 8, 2024. Digicann still anticipates mailing the management information circular to its shareholders in October 2024.
